These stunning black and white feathered chickens are Ermine Ameraucanas. They are project birds so if you hatch or purchase chicks you may get Black/White (mottled), Blue/White (Blue Erminette), solid black, solid white, solid blues and Self-Blues along with White/black (Erminette). Breeding pens are set up for Ermine cockbird over Black hens and Black cockbird over Ermine hens.

Due them being a project breed the egg color is still being worked on and can vary from blue to a green coloring.

When purchasing you will get a mix of Ermine and splits(solid colors) . All of our chicks are sold straight-run (unsexed) unless otherwise specified.

We cannot guarantee what color of egg your chick will grow up to lay; however, we do post example egg photos from our flock and select quality breeding birds to reduce the chances of birds laying different from what is expected.
